A smart assistant that answers at 2am, so your team does not have to
We build website and support chatbots that use your approved answers — and hand off to a person when the question is not safe to guess.
An AI chatbot for business is a smart assistant on your site or WhatsApp that answers the questions you already know, at hours your team does not work. DigitalA2Z does not drop a generic bot on a page and hope. We collect the real questions from calls, mail, and chat, write approved answers, and connect the bot only to sources you control. When the question is about price, a complaint, or something the bot should not invent, it passes to a human with the transcript. That is how you save hours without creating a new way to lose trust.

Is this you?
The same ten questions every day
Hours, location, status, documents. Staff type the same reply until they stop caring.
A bot that invents answers
A previous experiment quoted a price you do not offer. You turned it off.
No handoff
Customers trapped in a loop. The bot cannot create a ticket or call a person.
Nobody maintains the answers
Offers change. The bot still recites last year’s policy.
What we build
- Question set mined from your real conversations, not guessed keywords
- Approved answer library you can edit
- Bot on web, WhatsApp, or both, with a visible path to a human
- Guardrails: topics it must refuse or escalate
- Transcript review so you can see what people actually ask
- A monthly update rhythm if you keep us on support
How it helps the business
Nights and weekends covered for the simple questions
Staff start the day with fewer repeats.
Fewer invented facts
The bot is limited to your library and tools. Guessing is treated as a defect.
A clearer picture of demand
Repeated questions become website copy, product changes, or training.
What’s included
- Discovery of channels and question sources
- Answer library and escalation rules
- Build and embed
- Test period with your team acting as customers
- Handover of prompts, sources, and admin access
Timeline. A first useful bot on one channel typically takes 3–6 weeks after the answer library is agreed.
What moves the investment
Cost is confirmed after discovery, in writing. We do not publish hourly rates. These are the usual drivers:
- Number of channels and languages
- Whether the bot must look up live order or booking data
- Volume of existing documents that need cleaning
- Human-handoff tools already in use

Questions
Will the chatbot replace my support team?
No. It takes the repetitive questions. People still handle exceptions, sales judgement, and anything that could harm a customer if guessed.
Which AI model do you use?
We choose a model that fits cost, language, and data rules. Buyers see the behaviour and the sources, not a vendor logo in the headline.
Can it take payments or book appointments?
Yes when we connect it to a system that already does that job correctly. The bot should not be the only record of a booking.
Is our data used to train a public model?
We set that in the contract and the vendor settings. Default is: your content is for your assistant, not a public training dump.
