Software that does a job for you, without anyone clicking everything
AI agents at DigitalA2Z are workers with a narrow brief: read a mailbox, update a record, draft a follow-up — with a human in the loop when it matters.
An AI agent is software that carries out a job: it reads incoming mail, qualifies a lead, updates a record, or drafts a follow-up without someone clicking through five screens. DigitalA2Z treats agents as operations design, not a demo. We pick one painful, repeatable job, write the rules, connect the tools, and add a review step wherever a wrong action would cost money or reputation. You see a log of what the agent did. You can turn it off. We do not sell a robot that “runs the company.”
- Scope
- One job first
- Typical duration
- 4–8 weeks
- High-risk actions
- Human approval
- Visibility
- Full action log
Is this you?
Leads sit until someone is free
By then the buyer has spoken to someone faster.
Staff copy between systems
CRM, mail, and WhatsApp each hold a different version of the truth.
AI pilots that never left a slide
A vendor showed a video. Nothing was connected to your real tools.
Fear of unsupervised action
You are right to fear it. Agents that send, pay, or delete need brakes.
What we build
- One job definition with inputs, outputs, and failure modes
- Connections to the mail, CRM, or files the job actually uses
- Human approval steps for high-risk actions
- A log you can audit
- A rollback or disable switch
- Training so the owner knows what “good” looks like
How it helps the business
Faster first response on a defined job
The agent works the queue; people handle judgement.
Fewer missed follow-ups
The system remembers. People do not have to.
A pattern you can copy
Once one job is trusted, the next agent is cheaper to specify.
What’s included
- Job selection workshop
- Rules and exception list
- Build and monitored trial
- Change log and owner training
Timeline. A first production agent on one job typically takes 4–8 weeks including a supervised trial.
What moves the investment
Cost is confirmed after discovery, in writing. We do not publish hourly rates. These are the usual drivers:
- Number of systems to connect
- Whether the agent may send messages without approval
- Volume and messiness of the incoming data
- Need for on-premise or private models

Questions
Is an agent the same as a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions in your tools. We keep those products separate so buyers are not confused.
Can it send email to customers on its own?
Only if you approve that risk. Many first agents draft; a person sends. Autonomy is earned in the trial, not promised in a pitch.
What if it makes a mistake?
We design for recoverable mistakes: drafts, limits, and logs. Irreversible actions get extra checks or stay manual.
Do we need a data science team?
No. You need an owner who understands the job and can review exceptions. We supply the build and the operating notes.
