Build · SaaS development company
From idea to a live product people can pay for
We help founders and operators turn a repeated service into software: accounts, billing, and a first version that can be sold.
SaaS development is product work, not a website with a login. DigitalA2Z helps you define who the first paying user is, what they must complete in the product, and what can wait. We build the application, the account model, and the operational pieces around it: email, billing hooks, admin, and a way to watch usage. The goal of version one is not a press launch. It is a product you can put in front of ten real customers without apology.
- Version one
- Sellable, not theatrical
- Typical duration
- 10–18 weeks
- Accounts
- Multi-user from the start
- Billing
- Scoped, not assumed
Is this you?
The pitch deck is bigger than the product
Investors or partners hear a platform. The team still has a spreadsheet and a hope.
MVP means everything
Roles, marketplaces, AI, and mobile all sit in version one. Nothing ships.
Billing and accounts were left to the end
You cannot charge, reset a password, or disable a tenant without us.
No one planned operations
Support, logs, and backups appear as surprises in month two.
What we build
- Product thesis and a ruthless version-one list
- Multi-user accounts with roles that match how you sell
- Core application flows, not a theme wrapped around empty pages
- Billing integration or a documented manual billing path for early customers
- Admin so you can help a customer without opening the database
- Launch runbook: domains, email, backups, and who gets paged
How it helps the business
Something you can sell this quarter
A defined user can complete the paid job without a founder sitting next to them.
Room to learn
Usage and support themes drive version two instead of a frozen roadmap.
A technical story you can explain
Founders can tell a buyer or an investor what exists, what does not, and why.
What’s included
- Product workshop and written MVP cut
- UX for the paid job
- Application build and tenant model
- Staging environment and go-live checklist
- Handover of infrastructure accounts
Timeline. A focused MVP often takes 10–18 weeks after the cut is agreed. Marketplace, heavy AI, or regulated data extend that.
What moves the investment
Cost is confirmed after discovery, in writing. We do not publish hourly rates. These are the usual drivers:
- Number of distinct products or plans in version one
- Need for marketplace, APIs, or white-label
- Compliance requirements of the first customers
- Who hosts and who is on call after launch

Questions
Will you take equity instead of a fee?
We work as a paid partner. Equity conversations are rare and would be a separate agreement, not a way to discount a build.
Can you build the whole company stack?
We build the product. Marketing sites, sales hire, and fundraising remain yours. We will not pretend a build replaces a go-to-market plan.
Do you use no-code for MVPs?
Sometimes, when the job is simple and the exit path is clear. If you will still be on that tool in two years, we say so before you start.
What if we already have a prototype?
We assess what to keep. Rewriting a prototype is common. Pretending it is production is how launches slip.
