Privacy policy

We collect what you send through the contact form, booking tool, phone, WhatsApp, or email: name, work email, phone, company, and the description of the problem. We use that to reply and, if we work together, to run the project.

Hosting and mail providers process that data on our behalf. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not invent a lawful basis we cannot explain.

To ask what we hold, or to ask for deletion of an enquiry that did not become a project, write to the email in the footer. We reply within a reasonable time.

If you accept analytics, PostHog processes usage data (pages, referrer or UTM source, named button events, and optionally a masked session recording) so we can see whether the site is generating real enquiries.
