Privacy policy

We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply and to run the work you ask for, and we never sell it. This page explains exactly what that means.

Through the contact form: your name, work email address, phone number, company, and the description of the problem you share with us.

Through the booking calendar: the details needed to schedule a consultation, such as your name, email, and preferred time.

Through phone, WhatsApp, or email: the same kinds of details, shared directly with us.

Through optional usage measurement: broad, non-identifying information about which pages are visited. This never includes anything you typed into a form.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project. We keep what is needed for that and nothing more. If an enquiry does not become a project, we are happy to delete it — just ask.

Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email and, as a backup notification channel, to our internal workspace. It is also synced to a private spreadsheet that only our team can access.

Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf so the site and replies work. They are bound to process it for us only — they do not own it and cannot use it for themselves.

We do not sell enquiry lists, share them with advertisers, or add tracking that sends your details to third parties.

Enquiries that become projects are kept for as long as the work and reasonable business records require. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept briefly and then removed, or sooner if you ask.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete an enquiry at any time. Write to support@digitalatoz.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
